9TH WEEK REPORT

31/05/2010 - 04/06/2010 - Complete with the powerpoint slide for presentation and still doing
the report.
- Follow Norshuhadah to the warehouse and took few lots.
- Help Jason Leong(technician) to arrange few stuff accordingly.

8TH WEEK REPORT

24/05/2010 - 28/05/2010 - Help kakak Ai Zhen to seal her wafers where I need to go to probe.
- Continue doing powerpoint slide and start doing report for
industrial training.
- Folow Norshuhadah Nasirudin(technician) to the warehouse to
take few lots and get to know many useful info there
- Help Norshuhadah to compare flow between ZR and our's where
we need to do two different columns which is REF and NEW.

7TH WEEK REPORT

17/05/2010 - - Supervisor taught to pull historical electrical data for the device which is given.
21/05/2010 - - I need to pull five lots for each device and save it in excel for reference.
- Continue doing powerpoint slides for presentation.
- Help kakak Ai Zhen which is a device engineer to seal wafers where I need to go
to probe.

6TH WEEK REPORT

10/05/2010 - Holiday replacement for 1st Mei
11\05\2010 14/05/2010 - Continue with last week work which is to snap picture and upload
maskset for Bipolar device.

5TH WEEK REPORT

03/05/2010 - Complete creating electrical test spec for the Ultrafast device.

04/05/2010 - Download test program from Newton for Filter and B2B Zener and then
continue creating electrical test spec for the both device.

05/05/2010 - Mr Prakash Rajah(supervisor) taught how to upload maskset to the website
for the Ultrafast device.
- I just need to upload the maskset because he has already snap the picture.

06/05/2010 - Miss Ai Zhen Lai taught how to upload maskset for Bipolar device where I need
to snap the pictures by myself and it is interesting.

07/05/2010 - Continue uploading maskset for the Bipolar device.

4RD WEEK REPORT

26\04\2010-27/04/2010 - Attend On Semiconductor (ISMF) Orientation Program which is for
2 days.
28/04/2010 - Download test program from Newton for the Ultrafast device

29/04/2010-30/04/2010 - Create electrical test spec for the ultrafast device.

3RD WEEK REPORT

19/04/2010-23/04/2010 - Trying to complete spec for the Bipolar device because there is
about 140 spec.

2ND WEEK REPORT

12/04/2010 - Download test program for SS Schottky and Bipolar.

13/04/2010 - Miss Iryani taught how to create electrical test spec for the test program. For
doing this I need to use Promis software and she also taught how to use it.

14/04/2010 - 15/04/2010 - Start doing spec for the SS Schottky device which refering to the
test program that I download.

16\04\2010 - Do spec for the Bipolar device.

1ST WEEK REPORT

05/04/2010 - Report for duty at On Semiconductor (Site 2)
- Do some readings about OnSemi and answer test paper

06/04/2010 - Visit the fab where the wafer is processed in the production site.
- Supervisor explain my main responsibilities which are :
- Help to validate new Promis PRODS/ process flow
- Download and test program from newton.
- Create electrical test spec for test program

07/04/2010 - Mr Prakash Rajah (supervisor) gave me some reading material to go through.

08/04/2010 - Get to know many information about Promis in the reading material.

09/04/2010 - Miss Iryani which is under Mr Prakash Rajah(supervisor) taught me to
download test program from newton
